Frequently
Asked
Questions
-
Can you remove grime, grease and smoke stains in cooking
areas?
In most cases
Yes.
-
Why don't I just repaint the tiles?
If you repaint acoustic tiles, you will nullify the sound
absorbtion qualities. Also the dirt may bleed through again later. If they
are painted in situ, the tiles will stick to the grid making above-ceiling
maintenance difficult.
Also remember painting is a much more expensive option than having us clean
them.
-
Would it be better to replace the tiles?
The cost of cleaning would only be a fraction of the cost
of total replacement and would avoid staff re-location. Badly stained tiles
can always be selectively replaced by our staff.
-
Isn't the cleaning process very messy?
No
the process involves applying a fine chemical
spray to the ceiling tiles in situ. This falls as a light mist. Covers on
the floor and sheeting on the furniture catches this mist.
